A beer with a tangy and fruity taste; a slight astringency accentuates its delicate flavor and finish. A long-lasting beer with an evolving taste.

Mamouche and Lou Pépé are dedicated to my mother and father, respectively. This blend of rhubarb and Lambic is my wife Nathalie's favorite beer, so it was only natural to pay tribute to her by naming this beer Nath. Nath is a kindergarten teacher, and who better than the children in her class to represent their teacher on a label?
