Bellini is a brand new Peach and Apricot Gose brewed as a tasty little treat for all our sour lovers out there, inspired by the Bellini cocktail. We've started with our house Gose base which provides a smooth body with acidic notes. We've added a peach and a touch of apricot to bring along some fun and fruity late summer vibes for y'all. It's a beautiful mix of sweet and tropical as well as tart and acidic. Ideal for drinking by the pool, or whenever you decide you need a little treat.
