Top-fermented wheat strong beer
Ayinger Weizen-Bock is brewed using a complex double-mash process with four different malts. It impresses with a refreshing, slightly spicy flavor and its unique, characteristic banana aroma.
The pleasant effervescence leaves a gentle tingle on the tongue. The sweetness of a wheat beer is initially dominant, but quickly fades in the finish. The strength of Ayinger Weizen-Bock isn't immediately apparent, but its full flavor hints at the depths to come.
