From the heart of the Loire Valley, this rare dry Chenin Blanc from Château de Bonnezeaux delivers vibrant orchard fruits, floral notes, and a fresh mineral finish. Sourced mainly from the prized La Chapelle vineyard, with some fruit occasionally coming from the Bonnezeaux plots before botrytis sets in, it offers richness and energy in perfect balance.
Half the wine is fermented in oak (including a small portion in acacia barrels) for added texture, while the other half remains in stainless steel to preserve freshness. No malolactic fermentation keeps the palate crisp and lively. A beautifully crafted Chenin Blanc that’s ready to enjoy now.
