Amber Jack is a bold 5.5% Amber Ale, rich in colour, full in body and brewed for those who want something with a bit more to say. It opens with warm biscuit and light caramel from Maris Otter malted barley, with a clean herbal note from Magnum hops sitting quietly underneath, before a firm, smooth bitterness carries through a dry, nutty finish. Balanced, characterful and endlessly rewarding, it's a proper amber done the Dangerous Ales way.
