Benedic, Domine, creaturam istam cerevisiae. Dubbel Down, Abbey style Dubbel. Six malts and a specially selected Belgian yeast strain creates an ale inspired by the traditional brews of the Trappist monks. The result is a rich rosewood coloured ale with delicate floral, clove aromatics and a complex dried cherry and spiced raisin fruitcake palate. A good habit to get into.
