Brewed with: Boil:, Southern Cross, NZ 04, WP:, NZ04 hops, Gladfield Pilsner, Gladfield Gladiator, Gladfield Toffee malt

Good game. Crisp golden NZ pils, crafted to showcase the new Hāpi Research trial hop variety NZ04. Canterbury barley with a light touch of toffee malt bring fresh baked baguette sweetness, balanced with clean bitterness, upfront grapefruit citrus and tropical passionfruit notes. Too ez.
