Ramen Lager, rice lager brewed with ramen noodles, shiromiso, kombu seaweed and just a little sprinkle of MSG. Crisp, clean lager with a subtle umami sweet body, balanced with delicate hop bitterness.
Just like the Fringe, it’s weird but it’s wonderful.
