A blend of BRIX Rum 36 month Barrel-Aged belgian quad & 16 month Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout We then conditioned the blend on QLD bourbon soaked caramelised bananas, grade-A maple syrup, hand roasted organic Aussie macadamias, shaved coconut, Tahitian vanilla beans and then infused with a touch of Victorian milk sugar. A very sweet treat indeed.
