Lo and Behold is a new Hazy DIPA that pairs Freestyle Hops Motueka with Garston Hops Rakau and Riwaka. Garston is the world's most southern hop farm and so naturally their hops are influenced by the unique terroir and climate of the region. We're excited to showcase their hops with one of our favourites from the Sunrise Valley.
