If you wanted to sum up Mountain Culture in one beer, then this is it.
We’ve taken our signature smooth, hazy NEIPA base and some of the finest hop products from the world’s best hop-growing regions to create a balanced yet complex flavour profile that bursts across all edges of the flavour spectrum.
Starting with a base of Citra, alongside Mosaic and Centennial Incognito, we build a layer of personality full of tropical and citrus fruits. El Dorado and Australian Galaxy dry hop additions provide middle notes of sweet passionfruit and pineapple, before New Zealand Kohia Nelson brings a huge hit of top notes—grapefruit and even more passionfruit.
It’ll make every other beer seem like it’s made in black and white.
