Go Baby Go is our modern West Coast IPA, bringing together Simcoe, Columbus, Amarillo and Cascade over a clean, crisp malt base. Bright, expressive and hop-forward, with a balance of flavour, bitterness and drinkability that makes it hard to walk away from.
Freshly zested grapefruit, vibrant citrus and fragrant pine unfold into layers of resinous hop character. Bursts of citrus peel mingle with a gentle herbal edge, carried by a light, crisp malt profile that allows every hop to shine. Bitterness is clean and beautifully integrated, building through each sip before giving way to a dry, refreshing finish with lingering notes of grapefruit and pine.
