Hurry Up And Wait is a brand new West Coast-style IPA that we've ramped up with a beauty of a hop combo that features Rakau Hopkief, Rakau, Mosaic and Idaho 7 Cryo. This one’s doing everything we love in our Westy’s, bringing that NZ dank and resin, backed by a big modern tropical hit but maintaining clean, crisp drinkability. Bright and clear on the pour with a bright pale straw clarity shimmering. On the nose it’s that resin, citrusy and stonefruit punch that we absolutely love. Knock back a sip and your entire palate will be drowned in stonefruit dankness that these hops are bringing in all their glory. We're getting hits of spritzy grapefruit and mandarin peel up front, leading to ripe stonefruit and passionfruit mid palate, with that classic resin building in the back end. Bitterness is present but never overwhelming, just there to cut through for pure drinkability. The finish is saturating and hoppy, everything we want in a straight up West Coast IPA - you’ll want to hurry up and slowly enjoy the next glass of this one.
