Named after the Mont Blanc, the coffee, orange and thick-cream number that's taken over Melbourne cafe menus. Maris Otter and Golden Naked Oats lay down a soft, malty base, then in goes Ethiopian JARC 74110 Natural Process coffee from Core Roasters, lactose, vanilla beans, orange peel and freshly ground nutmeg. Coffee up front, creamy sweetness and malt behind it, and a pop of orange to close. Lush, but balanced.Â
