Cali Burrito is an absolutely bangin’ Cali IPA, brewed to celebrate Burrito Week ‘26. A clean and crispy all Pilsner malt base as all good Cali’s should be to really let those hops shine. We’ve then hit it with a Citra Incognito dip-hop, then dry-hopped with Citra, Eclipse and of course, the star of the show, Hopkief Limequat. Up front we’re getting a beautiful oily resinous mouthfeel from the incognito, that’s a medley of grapefruit, mandarin and zesty lime. We’re rolling it up with bright, punchy grapefruit and tangerine hits with resinous dank notes that add a beautiful structure to the beer. The finish is crispy and bright with a clean, dry bitterness. This is the perfect companion to cut through any spicy Cali Burrito.
