JAM: Blackberry + Maple Pie is the next release in our double fruited sour series. We went straight to the bakery with this one and loaded it up with truckloads of Blackberries for fruit punch and tartness, then conditioned on maple syrup to bring that sweetness to round it out. Notes of sweet, sticky blackberry syrup dominate the nose with just a hint of caramelised brown sugar to get you in the pie mood. Take a swig and you’ll be met with those same vibrant, tart Blackberry juice notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a sweet and sour finish, while lingering on the backend is that cheeky maple character that lasts long after your sip. This is one of the most decadent JAM we’ve released and the perfect liquid dessert.
