Parmi Pils is a classic German-style Pilsner made for one purpose: sitting alongside a good Parm. Light straw to light yellow and crystal clear in the glass, it opens with fresh baked white bread and a clean, classic lager yeast character on the nose. The palate is clean and crisp with low yeast ester, medium bitterness and traditional noble hop presence, backed by a glorious malt profile built from predominantly German Pilsner malt with a small addition of Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, and hopped with a bittering addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a whirlpool addition of Saaz. The finish is insanely moreish and goes perfectly with a Parmi or a Parma - we don't judge.
