A magnesium and sulphate heavy water profile gives a snappy structure for this classic San Diego IPA. Punchy northwest hops of Citra and Simcoe give layers of pine, resin, citrus, with bright orange zest and zippy lime. Modern affiliations of CryoPOP and Riawaka HopKief delver punchy orange sherbet and dank stonefruit complexity. A strong bitterness balances the alcohol, giving drinkability, while the salt driven finish will leave you wanting another.
